Yes. While the core curriculum is research-based and repeatable, we tailor case studies, reflection exercises, and examples to align with your organization’s current realities and leadership challenges.
Leading Self focuses exclusively on the internal competencies leaders need to function at a high level—emotional regulation, energy management, clarity, and intentional habits. This foundation is often overlooked but is critical for sustainable performance and trustworthy leadership.
Participants complete two core assessments:
DiSC Workplace (to understand behavioral drivers and communication tendencies)
Agile EQ (to strengthen emotional agility and situational mindset shifts) These tools are integrated into self-reflection exercises and behavior planning.
Each company receives its private learning platform that houses session recordings, comment sections for discussion, knowledge checks, and all downloadable tools. Leaders can revisit the content at any time for reinforcement.
This program is primarily delivered virtually to maximize interactivity (e.g., breakout rooms, peer learning, and live facilitation).
1: Cohorts typically meet over several live sessions (or can be completed via a guided hybrid format).
2: In-person delivery is only offered if all participants can be present in the same location.
Yes. We provide pre/post assessment tools, habit trackers, and qualitative feedback options. For organizations that want long-term tracking, we also offer follow-up surveys or check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days.
