I am a governance architecture advisor, facilitator, and founder of Russo Leadership. I spent years in executive roles across healthcare and professional sports — and in every organization I entered I found the same thing.

Leaders who were excellent at their jobs and exhausted by the performance of it. People who had built careers on someone else's definition of what their authority should look like — and no precise language for why it felt like something was missing.

I write Undeniable Leaders because I believe the most powerful thing a leader can do is stop apologizing for who they are — and start building from it. The frameworks I share here are the same ones I use in advisory rooms, in facilitation, and in the Undeniable Leaders Academy.
